Bird, and bees, and locust trees, ohh my

I love this time of the year. Leaves blowing in the wind, beautiful sunrises and sun sets, wild life abound. This morning I was surrounded by cardinals. I counted at least 5 cardinals, 2 blue Jays, and other varieties of the winged critters. Of course I encountered squirrels, but the big surprise was the buck in the park on the west side of Lamar. (sorry about the quality)

On a side note, it rained Wednesday. That mean that the trail under Wornall is once again muck filled. And I actually have pictures to prove it.

Here are some pics of the new trail between Null and Mission.
