I had scheduled to take the entire week off, but work has been busy, and I cut my vacation down to just two days. So today I'm at home kicking back. I hope to get some miles in today, but nothing for sure.
The ride home yesterday was best described as slosh. By the time I completed the 11 mile ride, I resembled the a drowning squirrel. But, I knew that this was a possibility when I rode in yesterday morning. Not much to say about the ride, as there were not that many other fools out on the trail. I did get some funny looks by passing motorists, but hey, that's normal.
On a plus note, received the new head light yesterday in the mail. Needless to say, it beats the socks off of the Serfas light I have been using.
Will have to wait till next week to try it out on the trail.
